1. Who We Are

PrePitch ("we", "us", or "our") is a sales-practice platform operated by Keon Azadi. We help sales professionals improve their objection-handling through AI-powered roleplay and transcript analysis. Questions about this policy can be sent to keonazadi@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

Account information

When you sign in via Google OAuth we receive your name, email address, and Google profile ID. We store these to identify your account and personalise your experience.

Call transcripts

You may upload text transcripts of sales calls. These are stored in our database and in AWS S3 and are used solely to generate AI buyer personas for your practice sessions.

Practice session recordings and data

Voice practice sessions may involve audio processed via ElevenLabs for voice synthesis and Whisper for transcription. Session transcripts, AI scores, and coaching feedback are stored in your account history.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status needed to manage your plan.

Usage data

We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and to improve the product. We use a self-hosted analytics instance and do not share this data with advertising networks.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the PrePitch service.
To generate AI buyer personas and coaching feedback from your transcripts and sessions.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts, password resets).
To improve the product — we may review anonymised session data to identify areas for improvement.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and session history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, transcripts, and session history within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or financial compliance (e.g. Stripe billing records, which are retained for 7 years per financial regulations).

Uploaded transcript files in S3 are deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Anonymised, aggregated statistics derived from your sessions may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data.
Export — request an export of your session history and transcripts in a machine-readable format.
Opt out — opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our analytics are self-hosted and do not share data with Google Analytics or similar services.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, encrypted database connections, and JWT-signed session tokens. However, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to keonazadi@gmail.com.

9. Children

PrePitch is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of PrePitch after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
