1. What PrePitch Is

PrePitch is an AI-powered sales practice platform. It allows sales professionals to upload call transcripts, generate AI buyer personas, and conduct simulated practice sessions to improve objection-handling skills.

Important: PrePitch is a practice and coaching tool — it is not a replacement for professional sales training, coaching, or management. Results vary by individual. We make no guarantee that using PrePitch will result in improved sales performance, closed deals, or career advancement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PrePitch, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

Only upload transcripts of calls in which you were a participant, or for which you have the explicit consent of all parties.
Not upload transcripts of calls recorded without the knowledge or consent of other participants, where such recording is prohibited by applicable law.
Not use PrePitch to harass, deceive, or harm other people.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's AI systems.
Not share your account credentials with others.
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to core features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the free tier unless you upgrade.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions (Pro at $29/month, Team at $99/month) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at keonazadi@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any transcripts and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant PrePitch a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The PrePitch platform, including its code, design, AI models, and generated content (coaching feedback, scenario scripts, personas), is owned by PrePitch and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. No Guarantee of Results

PrePitch provides practice tools and AI-generated feedback. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: improved sales performance, higher close rates, career advancement, or increased earnings. Sales success depends on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrePitch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of PrePitch after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
